Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your MommyNest hoodie. If it doesn't fit or isn't what you hoped, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Email us at hello.mommynest@proton.me with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send return instructions.
• Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll reship your order or refund it.

Non-refundable

Shipping Protection itself is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
